Image licenses thread

Those posting the image are fully responsible for securing licenses to post images if they are not free images and for crediting the source appropriately; Lords of the Past and its staff accept no responsibility for the actions of members.

If an image's license cannot be placed near the image (as in the case of your avatar image), please post the licensing information in this thread to avoid anyone getting in trouble with various laws.

U.S. copyright laws apply throughout this forum since it is hosted by an American company, regardless of your nationality. If you are not American, then you must abide by your country's copyright laws in addition to U.S. copyright laws. If an image is found to be used illegally, Proboards reserves all rights to delete the forum without notice.

Images without no license or copyright information attached should be treated as fully copyrighted material.

Spore creations are solely the property of Electronic Arts and may be used on this forum and elsewhere for non-profit fair use only unless explicit permission is granted from Electronic Arts.
