Yeah, it's pretty evident to me as I browse forums that "no one liked it". However, I haven't seen any valid arguments yet that contradict it, only that Horner's prior work was "always wrong" and that he should stick to hadrosaurs. Honestly, I've not seen anyone prove him wrong yet-- at least on the things I know him for.

he's claiming that the much larger triceratops grew up into torosaurus. that proof enough against him.

He suggested sexual dimorphism to explain the phenomenon that all Torosaurus specimens seem to be the same gender. And for the record, Torosaurus is larger in general and no small specimens have been found.

I was at Paleo-Fest (hometown event) when Horner first cited this theory. Completely awesome that me and 15 other people were the first to know! Razz
